Terms & Conditions

Card Security : All your details are encrypted when you place your order and are stored on a secure server in encrypted form. We do not sell, trade or give your details to any third parties. We do not store your card details after processing.

Out Of Stock Items : If an item is out of stock when you order we will not charge your debit / credit card for that item. We will give you an expected delivery date and the option to change your order. We have one of the best stocked stores in the UK.

Non Delivery / Damage : All missing or damaged items must be notified to us within 14 days of despatch. In the event that we make a mistake we will replace or refund any item found to be faulty. We will arrange for the collection of the faulty item at our cost for a full no quibble refund. Tins with dents are not damaged, they are doing the job they were designed for.

Returns : After 7 days you are responsible for returning any faulty items to us at your cost for inspection, repair, replacement or refund. If within 7 days of delivery you change your mind or you have ordered the wrong item(s) you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. The product must be unopened and unused. We will refund the cost of the product and the original delivery charge if any. You are responsible for the safe delivery of any such item(s) so we suggest you use a recorded delivery service and take out some form of insurance.

Online Pricing Policy : We do have a retail shop which is expensive to run, so our online prices may differ from those advertised instore.

Glassware : We do sell glassware instore, but only a limited number of glass items online due to the high risk of breakage.

Presses : Presses cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing fault for hygiene reasons.

Overseas : We do not ship outside the UK or to BFPO addresses.

Trading Names : 4u2brew.co.uk 4u2brew.com and Harvey Wine & Beer Making Centre are trading names of Keith Pritchett.

VAT : All prices include Value Added Tax at the current rate which is 20% for all items except books which are zero rated.

Statutory Rights : All the above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights under the distance selling regulations and do not detract from them.
