FGA: A bucket, steriliser, syphon tube, some bottles or a pressure barrel for storage and maybe some sugar or glucose - depends on the kit.
FAQ: What stuff do I need to ferment my wine kit?
FGA: A fermenter or Demi John, steriliser, some syphon tube, an airlock, a bung, and some bottles and corks for storage.
FAQ: Is there much difference between the cheaper kits and the more expensive ones?
FGA: Yes, the cheaper wine kits need sugar adding and usually have added apple or cherry juices, dearer wine kits are usually full grape and have sucrose syrup included so you don't need to buy extra sugar. Same goes for beer kits, dearer ones are full malt giving a smoother, fuller bodied and better flavoured result, the cheaper kits need sugar or glucose adding. ALWAYS use pure cane sugar - NOT your supermarkets own brand which is beet sugar.

FGA: Yes. The key is cleanliness - ALWAYS STERILISE your stuff. Modern kits have step by step instructions.
FAQ: How much does delivery cost?
FGA: UK mainland delivery is FREE if you spend £59.00 or more. Under this amount, we charge just £5.00 per delivery. For overseas delivery please Email us for a quote.
FAQ: How long does delivery take?
FGA: We use carriers to deliver most parcels, for stock items we use their NEXT WORKING DAY service (excludes Saturdays). For those larger orders we use Palletforce which takes 2 - 3 days. For the tiddly orders we use GPO snailmail - remember delivery charge is £5.00 if your order is less than £59.00

FGA: Everything listed is usually in stock, we have a fully stocked retail store which is the 3rd largest in the UK (source: Rogers (Mead) Ltd.

FGA: Yes call us during opening hours on 01329 233253 you will have to speak to a real person here in Fareham as our Delhi call centre has closed down.

FGA: We are open from 09.00am to 17.28pm Monday to Saturday except Wednesday morning when we open a little later at 09.30am
We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.

FGA: How many times do we hear that one! Our advice is free if you bought your product from us. Next time buy from a specialist retailer for peace of mind.
